CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 30% service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and respect the time reserved for your treatment. Thank you for your understanding!
